more blowout!
well, i didn't make the even half the shows i set out to last night . . . but that is okay . . . Leaving Rouge more than made up for missing American Mars and the Gore Gore Girls . . . this band has their s(*&t together . . . not to mention that the keyboardist is super cute . . . this was my first show in the enlarged back room at Small's . . . but it sounded great . . . and Leaving Rouge took full advantage . . . good lyrics, great intrumentation, stage presence and loads of passion . . . although the crowd thinned toward the end of the set . . . i have to believe that those who stood as the lights came up were in some way moved . . . make no mistake, this is no "local band" . . . i'm no good as a salesman . . . find out for yourself . . . Leaving Rouge will play at Alvin's tonight . . . or check their site for upcoming shows . . .
