we need to throw another apt. warming party because its like a whole new place. with a help from my parents this past sunday, we hung curtains in the living room and a mirror in the bedroom. also, we have a new but very antique dining table which was originally my great grandmothers. the only major set back to speak of was last evening when liz and i tried (without the help of my dad) to install a small cafe rod on the wall above the dining table. i drilled the holes and inserted screw anchors, but when we attempted to attach the rod brackets the anchors just kept spinning 'round in the holes making impossible for the screws to grab hold and tighten. issues.
